The Client's Goal
The boutique owner wanted to modernize the store to compete with newer retail spaces in the area, create a more inviting shopping experience, improve product display, and add comfortable fitting rooms that encourage customers to try items on.
The Challenge
The existing store had worn linoleum floors, dim fluorescent lighting, outdated wire shelving, a cramped single fitting room, and a faded storefront sign. The layout made it hard to display new arrivals prominently and created bottlenecks during busy periods.
Our Solution
We installed polished concrete floors for durability and a modern industrial feel. Track lighting and LED spotlights replaced the fluorescent tubes, giving full control over product illumination. New modular shelving and display tables were arranged to create clear sightlines and a natural shopping flow. Three spacious fitting rooms with full-length mirrors, flattering lighting, and hooks were built along the back wall. The storefront was refreshed with new paint, modern signage, large windows, and inviting window displays.
