Luxury Master Bathroom Suite
This Overland Park master bathroom renovation turned a dated, narrow bathroom into a serene spa retreat that the homeowners use as a daily escape. Every surface, fixture, and finish was chosen for relaxation, durability, and timeless appeal. The result is a space that feels like a high-end resort suite, right at home.
The Client's Goal
The homeowners wanted to transform their cramped master bathroom into a relaxing retreat with a soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, heated floors for cold Kansas winters, and a double vanity that eliminated morning congestion.
The Challenge
The original bathroom was narrow with a small corner shower, a single pedestal sink, and no natural light. The floor plan made it impossible to fit a tub and a spacious shower without reconfiguring walls and plumbing locations.
Our Solution
We reconfigured the layout by moving the toilet to a water closet and expanding the wet area to accommodate both a freestanding soaking tub and a frameless glass walk-in shower with a rainfall head and body jets. Heated marble-look tile floors were installed beneath large-format porcelain wall tiles. A floating double vanity with quartz tops, vessel sinks, and integrated LED mirrors brought modern function and visual lightness.
